Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy Last updated: October16, 2026

Thank you for shopping at ORVYLLE. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Email us at help.orvylle@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it as explained below.

2. Returns You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email help.orvylle@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions.

3. Wrong, Damaged or Defective Products If you received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
  • We'll send you the correct or replacement product free of charge. If you'd rather not get a replacement, we'll give you a full refund.
  • In these cases, we cover any return shipping costs.

4. Orders Not Delivered If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time (3–7 business days), contact us. We'll follow up with our courier partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll either reship your order or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, or approve your refund, we'll process it within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
